Recipe tips
Instead of lemon juice you can use lemon salt.
Peel and slice the apple and stew it in butter. When soft, sprinkle with flour and pour 0.3 l stock. Add lemon juice, sugar, salt and sour cream. Boil for a few minutes. Then rub through a sieve, heat up and serve warm.
