Recipe tips
You can prepare it from canned bilberry, but then you have to add 3 spoons of liquid, too.
1. Wash and remove the stalks of the bilberries.

2. In a pan put butter, add the bilberries, cover and sweat for a few minutes. Add stock (made of 150 ml of hot water and 1 chicken stock cube) and bring to the boil.

3. After a few minutes of boiling sprinkle flour onto it. Stir and add sour cream.

4. Bring to the boil again while stirring, and then remove from the fire. Add salt if necessary.

5. Serve with roast meat and mashed potatoes.
