1. In a pan put 2 large spoonfuls of flour, 1 spoon of sugar, salt and milk. Simmer and stir until it thickens.

2. When it is thick add the seedless sour cherry, stir and remove from the fire.

3. Serve with steak and boiled rice.

Variations
Another way of preparing the sour cherry sauce
In a little oil add the sour cherry, heat it up and add sugar and salt. When the sugar has melted sprinkle flour onto the sour cherry, stir and pour the milk. When it thickens remove from the fire.
