Recipe tips
1. The wine should be the same colour as the grapes.
2. Choose strong flavoured grapes to get an aromatic sauce.
3. Instead of starch you can use wheat flour.
1. Wash the chicken breasts, cut them in two big pieces and season with salt and pepper.

2. Put the chicken breasts in an oiled pan, sprinkle with some water, cover with aluminium foil and put in preheated oven (180°). Cook for about 20 minutes.

3. Separately mix butter, starch, the spices and the wine. Bring to the boil on low heat and stir until it begins to boil.

4. Squeeze half of the grapes into the sauce, then add the grapes and boil for 3-5 minutes.

5. Serve the chicken breast whole or sliced, with the sauce, decorated with grapes.
