1. Cut the chicken breast in thin slices and put into a mixture of milk, garlic, salt and nutmeg to marinate for 2-3 hours in a covered dish in the fridge.

2. Put the slices of bacon in a buttered dish. Roll the slices of chicken breast in wheat flour, then put on the bacon.

3. Cover the chicken with thin slices of apple. Grate cheese on top and cook in a preheated oven (220°) for 35-40 minutes.
