Recipe tips
1. You can spread breadcrumbs between the layers.
2. You can use heat resistant Jena dish.
1. Wash and break the cauliflower into even pieces and boil them in salty water till soft. Slice the home sausage and fry it in oil for 5 minutes.

2. Now you can start to build the layers. Put some of the fat of the sausage on the bottom of a heat resistant dish, put one layer of cauliflower, then one layer of sausage, and so on until you finish the ingredients. Spread sausage fat on each layer.

3. Beat one egg, flavour with salt and pepper and pour it onto the top of the layers. Put it in the preheated oven (200°) and cook for 10-15 minutes, until the egg is done.

4. Serve with sour cream.

Variations
Layered cauliflower with mince meat

Ingredients: 200 g mince meat, 1 small onion, 200 ml stock (1 chicken stock cube and hot water), salt, pepper, 1 cauliflower, breadcrumbs
Fry the onions in hot oil until glassy and add the mince meat. Stir, then add the stock. Cover and cook until the meat is done. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
Boil the cauliflower as mentioned in the main recipe.
In a heat resistant dish put a layer of mince meat, one of cauliflower and sprinkle breadcrumbs. Continue with each layer until there are no ingredients left.
Cook in preheated oven (180 degrees C) for 10-15 minutes.
