Recipe tips
You can grate cheese on top.
1. Boil the skinned potato till soft, then remove the skin and cut round-shaped slices.

2. Mix the cheese with sour cream and melted fat. Spread fat on the bottom of a hear resistant dish and alternatively put one layer of potato and one of cheese. Add salt depending on taste. Finish with a layer of cheese. Add salt according to taste.

3. Cook in preheated (180°) oven for 15 minutes.
