Recipe tips
You can use any cheese with strong taste, because that will give the taste of the muffin.
1. Grate the cheese on the big hole of the grater. Pour a few drops of lemon juice onto the baking powder and leave for a few minutes.

2. Boil the potato in skin, then peel, mash and mix with eggs, sour cream, grated cheese and oil.

3. Separately mix the flour with the baking powder, add salt and pepper. Then add it to the potato mixture. Stir well until it becomes smooth.

4. Pour the mixture into a buttered muffin top pan or in muffin papers and cook in preheated oven (180°) for 20-25 minutes. When ready let it stay for 5-10 minutes in the muffin top pan. Serve warm or cold according to your taste.
