1. Boil the peeled potatoes in salty water, then mash them and mix with oil or butter. Let it cool.

2. Mix the soured milk with the flour and add salt and eggs. When the dough is ready roll it out and spread a layer of potato on half of the surface. Fold up the dough and slice it with a dough scraper to form rectangular pies. Sprinkle with flour.

3. Fry the potato-filled pies in hot oil. Serve warm or cold.
