Recipe tips
1. I recommend that you use spring or red onions for a more colourful effect.
2. Boil the potatoes and the eggs separately and wash the skin of the potatoes before cooking.
1. Boil the potatoes in skin and the whole eggs. Slice the onions and sprinkle with salt.

2. Peel and dice or slice the potatoes and the boiled eggs according to your taste.

3. Prepare the mayonnaise with the egg yolk, mustard sauce and some oil (about 50 ml), then add 100 ml of light yogurt. Mix well.

4. Peel and dice the apple. Mix the potato, egg, onion and apple and then pour the mayonnaise over the salad.

5. For a better taste mix about half a cup of water with sugar and vinegar and pour it onto the salad. Add salt and pepper according to taste.

6. You can serve it as garnish for roast, fried or grilled meat.
