1. Prepare the cheese fried in breadcrumbs according to the recipe and keep warm.

2. Peel and boil the (chopped) potatoes in salty water. Then mash them and add a bit of butter and milk. Mix well.

3. Wash the red cabbage and cut it in half. Then chop each half in smaller parts.

4. Heat some oil and put the chopped cabbage into the pan. Add salt and stir to avoid burning. It should be ready after about 20 minutes.

5. Serve warm the fried cheese with the mashed potatoes and the fried cabbage.
