Recipe tips
Instead of milk we can use 50 ml of sour cream.
1. Boil an egg hard and grate it on the smallest hole of the grater.

2. Crush the garlic with a garlic crusher.

3. Smash the cottage cheese with a fork, add 1 sp of prepared horse radish, the grated egg and the garlic and mix well. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.

4. Fill each slice of ham with some of the cheese mixture and roll it up.

5. Serve as an appetizer with tomatoes.
