Recipe tips
If you like spicy flavours, you can add bits of chilly to the cheese mixture.
1. Whip the cottage cheese with butter and sour cream until well mixed.

2. Chop finely the onion or pass it through the small hole of the kitchen grater.

3. Add onion, caraway-seed and condiments to the cheese mixture according to your taste.

4. Spread on slices of bread and serve with sliced tomatoes.

Variations
Sheep cottage cheese with paprika

The procedure is the same only, we use sheep cottage cheese instead of cow's cheese.
