Recipe tips
You can use ewe's cheese instead of cow's cheese.
1. Boil the corn gris in half a litre of salty water.

2. Dice the bacon and fry on low heat, but don't let it burn.

3. On a plate put one layer of corn porridge, add a layer of cottage cheese and pour some of the fried bacon (with grease) on top. Continue layering until you finish all the ingredients.

4. Pour sour cream on top.

5. When serving add some more sour cream according to taste.
