1. Slice the cheese into slices of 5 mm thick.

2. Beat the whole eggs.

3. Dip the cheese into flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Finally dip the slice into egg again paying attention to cover all parts of the cheese.

4. Heat the oil and fry the slices of cheese. Don't let them fry too much.

5. You can serve the fried cheese with peas or mashed potatoes.
