1. Wash the apple, cut in slices of about 5 mm and remove the core and the seeds.

2. Sprinkle a bit of pepper and paprika on each slice and then rub the condiments all over the slice.

3. Cut the banana into slices and place four slices of banana on each slice of apple.

4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, then fry in hot oil until then condiments have caramelized. Then put on a paper roll to let the oil soak in.

5. Serve warm or cold.
