1. Mix the egg with flour and add salt and pepper and enough water to get a thick batter. Grate a potato on the big hole of the kitchen grater and add it to the batter.

2. Slice the tenderloin and beat each slice with the meat beater, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3. Pass each slice through the batter, then fry in hot oil.

4. Serve warm with boiled vegetables.
