1. Wash the salad very well and tear the leaves into strips. Pass through hot oil, stir, then pour water onto it. Bring to the boil.

2. Take the egg and two egg-whites and make an omelette. Shred it, then add it to the boiling soup.

3. Take 2 egg yolks, mix with flour and milk and add it to the lettuce when it is done. Bring the soup to the boil again.

4. Finally, add vinegar according to your taste.
