1. In a cooking pot pour oil, flour, sugar and salt, mix them with tomato juice and water. Then put it on the burner, stir and bring to the boil. When it is boiling, add the galuska or rice.

2. You can add some parsley leaves.

3. Serve warm with or without bread.
