Recipe tips
Instead of stock we can prepare the sauce with milk or plain water.
1. Melt one spoon of butter and add a spoonful of flour. Pour 250 ml of stock, add 5-6 gloves of garlic, then bring to the boil. Add salt and pepper according to taste. Finally, remove from the stove and add a spoonful of sour cream.

2. Serve with boiled or roast meat.
