Recipe tips
1. For a more delicious cake add vanilla sugar or essence to the cream.
2. When the spone cake is ready, roll it up and keep it like that until you prepare the cream. Then roll out the cake and spread the cream onto it.
1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Mix 120 g of flour with the yolks and 150 g of honey. Then add the baking powder. Beat the egg whites and add to the mixture. Pour the mixture into a buttered pan and bake at 180° for 10-15 minutes.

2. Meanwhile bring to the boil 200 ml of milk with 2 sp of flour. Stir and remove from the fire. Let it cool completely, while stirring. Mix 150 g of butter and 150 powdered sugar, then add it to the milk and flour mixture. Stir until well mixed. When the sponge cake is ready, spread half of the cream onto it, put a banana in the middle and roll the cake. Add 1 sp of cocoa to the other half and spread it on top of the cake. Then keep in the refrigerator for one hour, then slice and serve.
