Mix the flour with 2 teaspoons of sodium bicarbonate, add anise, cinnamon and clove, then knead with butter and add one spoon of fat. Add the sugar, honey and the eggs and knead until well mixed. You'll get a hard dough that is easy to remove from your hands.

Make the dough into the shape of a baguette, tear little pieces of dough and shape them into little balls. Put the balls into a buttered baking pan. Bake at 150°C for about 15-20 minutes.

These cookies will remain fresh even after 3-4 days.
