Recipe tips
You can use any of your favourite jams. I tried plum and apricot and it is delicious.
1. Slice the crescent rolls and put them in a buttered baking pan.

2. Add jam, raisin and sprinkle ground walnut.

3. Mix the egg yolks with milk, add 3 sp of sugar and vanilla sugar and pour it over the crescents. Let it stay for 5 minutes for the sauce to soak in.

4. Beat the egg whites and add 1 sp of sugar, then put it on top of the cake. Bake in preheated oven (200°) for 20 minutes.

5. Slice while warm and serve cold.
