Let the yeast rise in lukewarm water, then pour it into the flour and add salt. Knead well, then let the dough rise for about 40 minutes.

Peel and dice the potato, then boil it in salty water. Prepare mashed potato mixed with oil or butter. Add salt and pepper according to taste and let it cool.

Make the dough into a baguette and cut bigger slices out of it. Roll out the pieces and put a spoonful of mashed potato in the middle. gather the edges and turn the filled dough with the edges down. Finally roll it out to make the cake.

Spread oil on both sides of the cake, then fry it in a frying pan. When turning spread oil on the part that is done so that it doesn't become too dry.
