50 mililiters lemon juice
2 deciliters double cream
4 deciliters water

1. Put sugar in a pot and burn until light brown, then pour one can of pineapple and add water. Add cinnamon, lemon juice and vanilla sugar. Bring it to the boil.

2. Mix the flour with sour cream and double cream and add to the pineapple soup. Let it boil for a few minutes.

3. Serve cold.
