1. Mix the flour, cocoa and 150 g of sugar and knead with margarine. Then add 1 egg yolk and 1 tsp milk or sour cream and knead until you get a hard dough. Spread margarine on the bottom of a baking pan and grate the dough into the baking pan to make the bottom layer of the cake.

2. Mix the cottage cheese, 300 g of sugar, 4 egg yolks, lemon zest and 5 well beaten egg-whites, add 2 fistfuls of semolina and spread the mix over the cacao layer.

3. Cook in a preheated oven (230°) for 30 minutes. When ready, cut in rectangular pieces.

4. Serve with whipped cream, jam or marmelade.

Variations
1. Instead of lemon zest you can use lemon essence.
2. You can cover the cheese layer with another layer of grated chocolate dough.
