Recipe tips
Instead of peach you can prepare the cake with plums and instead of nut you can psinkle with ground almonds.
1. Peel and slice the peaches, then sprinkle with cinnamon and the juice of a half lemon.

2. Mix the eggs with 300 g of sugar and gradually add oil, then add milk, 10 g of vanilla sugar and baking powder. Mix well and, finally, add the flour one spoon at a time while stirring continuously.

3. Mix the cottage cheese with 60 g of sugar, add the rest of the vanilla sugar and the raisins. Then pour semolina into it.

4. In a buttered pan pour three quarters of the flour mixture. Mix the rest with the cottage cheese mixture and then pour it into the pan. Put pieces of peach on top and sprinkle with finely chopped nuts.

5. Bake for 45-50 minutes in a preheated oven (150-160°C).
