Recipe tips
Before putting into the oven you can put a piece of cheese on top.
1. Peel the tomato and mince together with the sweetcorn. Add salt, pepper and basil according to taste.

2. Peel the mushrooms if necessary and fill them with the mixture. Put in a buttered pan and then in preheated oven (180°C) for about 20 minutes.

3. Serve warm or cold.
