1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Then with the potato peeler cut thin round slices (1 mm thin). Dry the slices with a paper kitchen roll.

2. Mix the spice mixture with salt, pepper, paprika and powdered sugar according to your taste.

3. Fry the slices in hot oil. Don't let them burn or stick together.

4. When the crisps are fried, soak up the oil with kitchen rolls and sprinkle with the condiments.
