First take one side of the rolled out dough and fold it towards the centre. Then take the other side and fold it towards the centre, too, onto the folded part. When ready push gently to flatten, then take the upper end of the baguette-shaped dough and fold it towards the centre, then fold the lower part onto it. Push the sides gently with your fingers to make the shape of a French roll.
Put the folded side of the rolls to the bottom when placing into the baking pan.
