Recipe tips
I recommend kiwi and banana to counterbalance the sweetness of the pastry.
1. Melt the butter and mix it with flour, then add sugar and the egg yolks. Add the baking powder and lemon juice, salt and vanilla sugar and continue kneading.

2. Meanwhile beat the egg-whites until hard.

3. Add the milk to the dough and knead. Then, with the help of a spoon mix the egg-whites into the dough. Now, the mixture should be fluid.

4. Finally add the finely chopped fruits and mix well.

5. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan and bake in preheated oven (180°) for 20 minutes.
