Recipe tips
You can prepare a chocolate sponge cake by adding 2 spoons of cocoa to the sponge cake batter.
1. Prepare or buy a sponge cake made of 5 eggs (this means 5 spoons of sugar and 6 of flour). When baked, cut the cake sidewise so that you get a cake with 3 levels.

2. Mix 3 eggs with 150 g of sugar and simmer and stir until you get a thick cream. Then remove from the fire and stir until it cools.

3. Add 250 g of butter and 2 spoons of cocoa and stir until foamy. Divide the cream into 4 equal portions.

4. Sprinkle each level of the cake with peach juice (fresh or canned) and spread the cream onto each flat piece of sponge cake. Finally spread cream on top and on the sides of the cake.

5. You can sprinkle nuts on top. Keep in the refrigerator until serving.
