750 grams wheat flour
500 grams margarine
100 mililiters sour cream

1. Mix the flour with the margarine and add salt and grated cheese. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the ammonium bicarbonate and then add it to the dough. Finally add the egg yolks and the sour cream. Knead well.

2. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and roll out each part until 0.5 cm thick. Spread lightly beaten egg on top and cut sticks with the help of a dough scraper.

3. Finally sprinkle grated cheese, paprika or roasted sesame seeds on top.

4. Put the sticks into a buttered pan and in a preheated oven (180°C) for 25-30 minutes.
